Completion of the waiver to meet the legal requirements to fire full auto at the range is a two step process:

Step One: Tell us who you are: We want to ensure you are safe and have a wonderful time with us. We need a little information in order to do that.  At most, we may send you a single email asking about your experience.

Step Two: Watch the Video : There is a short (fairly entertaining) video that we encourage everyone to watch. Once you’ve done that, you’ll need to click a few boxes acknowledging the safety precautions necessary to have a safe and enjoyable time.
